The office administrator level 5 course consists of competencies that an individual must achieve to manage an organization’s office. It entails managing front office operations, managing office mail, coordinating official meetings, managing office security, managing office telephone calls, processing computerized documents, demonstrating shorthand skills and demonstrating ICT skills.
The courses equip individuals with the essential knowledge, competencies and skills required to function as professional and qualified Office Administrator. This course is intended to equip the learner with basic management skills applicable in all areas of management.
