The diploma in Mortuary Science program provides comprehensive training in the science and practice of mortuary services, including embalming, funeral arrangement, body preparation, and grief counseling. Students will learn about anatomy, physiology, pathology, embalming techniques, restorative art, funeral service management, and legal regulations governing mortuary practices. Practical experience in mortuary facilities and funeral homes will be provided to prepare graduates for careers in the funeral service.
